This privacy policy (the “Privacy Policy”) describes how Wallpapers VIP. as data controller (“we” or “us”) processes personal information in running our business. Wallpapers VIP is available from our websites, including but not limited to, www.wallpapers.vip (“Websites”) and mobile applications (“Mobile Apps”). We refer to our Website visitors and Mobile App users as users (“Users”) of Wallpaper’s VIP Services (“Services”). Please read our Terms of Service and our online safety and best practices guidelines.

  1. WHAT TYPES OF INFORMATION DOES COLLECT?
    Among the types of Personal Data that this Application collects, by itself or through third parties, there are: Geographic position, Cookie and Usage Data. Other Personal Data collected may be described in other sections of this privacy policy or by dedicated explanation text contextually with the Data collection. The Personal Data may be freely provided by the User, or collected automatically when using this Application. Any use of Cookies – or of other tracking tools – by this Application or by the owners of third party services used by this Application, unless stated otherwise, serves to identify Users and remember their preferences, for the sole purpose of providing the service required by the User. Failure to provide certain Personal Data may make it impossible for this Application to provide its services. The User assumes responsibility for the Personal Data of third parties published or shared through this Application and declares to have the right to communicate or broadcast them, thus relieving the Data Controller of all responsibility.

    Methods of processing.
    The Data Controller processes the Data of Users in a proper manner and shall take appropriate security measures to prevent unauthorized access, disclosure, modification, or unauthorized destruction of the Data. The Data processing is carried out using computers and/or IT enabled tools, following organizational procedures and modes strictly related to the purposes indicated. In addition to the Data Controller, in some cases, the Data may be accessible to certain types of persons in charge, involved with the operation of the site (administration, sales, marketing, legal, system administration) or external parties (such as third party technical service providers, mail carriers, hosting providers, IT companies, communications agencies) appointed, if necessary, as Data Processors by the Owner. Retention time
The Data is kept for the time necessary to provide the service requested by the User, or stated by the purposes outlined in this document, and the User can always request that the Data Controller suspend or remove the data.

  1. 3 The use of the collected Data
    The Data concerning the User is collected to allow the Application to provide its services, as well as for the following purposes: Location-based interactions, Content commenting and Interaction with external social networks and platforms. The Personal Data used for each purpose is outlined in the specific sections of this document.
  1. 4 Facebook permissions asked by this Application
    This Application may ask some Facebook permissions allowing it to perform actions with the User’s Facebook account and to retrieve information, including Personal Data, from it. For more information about the following permissions, refer to the Facebook permissions documentation and to the Facebook privacy policy. The permissions asked are the following:

    By default, this includes certain User’s Data such as id, name, gender, and their locale. Certain connections of the User, such as the Friends, are also available. If the user has made more of their data public, more information will be available

    Provides access to the user’s primary email address

    Provides access to the list of all of the pages the user has liked.
  1. 8 Publish App Activity
    Allows the app to publish to the Open Graph using Built-in Actions, Achievements, Scores, or Custom Actions. The app can also publish other activity which is detailed in the Facebook’s Publishing Permissions document

2. 0 ACCESS AND CHANGES TO PERSONALLY IDENTIFIABLE INFORMATION; ACCOUNT TERMINATION
You may be entitled to access personally identifiable information held about you, subject to certain exemptions in accordance with the applicable data protection law. You may exercise the right at any time by contacting us at the address below and including “personal information request” in the subject line.

In addition, you may at any time review or change your personally identifiable information by going to your account settings. Upon your request via your account settings, we will deactivate or delete your account and contact information from our active databases in accordance with our deactivation policy and applicable law. Please note that we may be obligated to keep some or all of your information on our servers even after you’ve deleted your account.

2. 1 SECURITY
We use reasonable electronic, personnel, and physical measures to protect information from loss, theft, alteration, or misuse. However, please be advised that even the best security measures cannot fully eliminate all risks. We cannot guarantee that only authorized persons will view your information. We are not responsible for third party circumvention of any privacy settings or security measures.

2. 2 CHILDREN
We do not knowingly collect or store personally identifiable information from anyone under the age of 13 unless or except as permitted by law. ANY PERSON WHO VISITS ANY OF THE WEBSITES OR USES ANY OF THE MOBILE APPS REPRESENTS TO US THAT HE OR SHE IS 16 YEARS OF AGE OR OLDER AND HAS READ AND WILL ADHERE TO OUR ONLINE SAFETY AND BEST PRACTICES GUIDELINES. If we are made aware that we have received personally identifiable information from someone under 16, we will use reasonable efforts to remove that information from our records.

3. 0 PRIVACY POLICY CHANGES
Wallpapers VIP may, in its sole discretion, change this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any and all changes to Wallpaper’s VIP Privacy Policy will be reflected here and the date new versions are posted will be stated at the top of this Privacy Policy. Non-material changes and clarifications will take effect immediately, and material changes will take effect within 30 days of their posting on the relevant Website or Mobile App. Where the changes are material, we may also choose to email all our registered users with the new details and it is within our sole discretion whether or not we choose to do so. The date of the most recent revisions will also appear on this page. If you do not agree with this Privacy Policy, please do not use or access Wallpapers VIP, and if you do not agree to any changes we make in the future.

Where language on the Websites or Mobile Apps contradicts that found in this Privacy Policy, this Privacy Policy shall prevail.

The information collected by us is hosted in the United States of America and is subject to U.S. state and federal law. If you are accessing our Services from other jurisdictions, please be advised that you are transferring your personal information to us in the United States where data protection and privacy laws may be less stringent than the laws of your country. BY USING OUR WEBSITES AND/OR MOBILE APPS, YOU CONSENT TO THE TRANSFER AND USE OF YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION IN ACCORDANCE WITH THIS PRIVACY POLICY.
